We only accept online applications. There are several places in your local community that provide free public access to computers: public libraries, community centers and internet cafes.
To ensure your application stays within our system, is not lost and is passed on to the correct person for your role, we require your application to be submitted online.

Please speak to any of our cashiers and they will be able to set you up with your very own Loyalty Card. All you require, is your ID and contact details. Please ensure you provide us with your correct details, as these will be used in order to contact you, make sure that you automatically receive your added benefit when reaching 60 years of age and we can transfer your points in the case of a lost Loyalty Card.
When next you shop with us, simply inform your cashier that you want to make use of your points when paying for your purchase.
Loyalty points expire at the end of February of every year. But don’t worry, you will receive a text message from us, reminding you to make use of your points, so that you don’t lose them.
Yes. Our shoppers aged 60 years and older, receive more points for the same purchase, as opposed to our other Loyalty Card holders.
Please request a new card at any of our Your Woermann stores. You will be charged N$25.00, but please ensure that your points are transferred to your new card before making use of it, so that you do not lose out on any of the accumulated points on your old card.
